I was hired by Dillon Markey to provide storyboards for a stop-motion HotWheels music video he was making. This was a great project to work on; Dillon was lovely to work with and it was so fun to see my boards come together in animation. Seeing the differences between my boards and the final product has given me a fresh appreciation for the challenges of stop-motion, where the stage size is a very limiting factor.
As of writing the music video has over 5.5 million views on YouTube across the English and Spanish language versions. I hope I get another chance to work in stop-motion soon!
